Full Marquetry Sunburst Compass Rose Star.

On this piece I used Burl Walnut for the background, with Sycamore and Black veneer for the points. This stunning piece was made by hand saws and scalpels.

To finish I hand made a circular Straight Grain Walnut Feather bandings, to give the Chevron effect.

I also added a white and black line around the outside edge to finish.
